I tend to be a little bit distracted. (Big surprise)
When things comes around and I have the chance.. I don’t even think twice to run straight to my kitchen to bake something special, or just something; let’s say.

I find myself among dishes and food. Sometimes I have no idea what an apple are going to be for.
Luckily I have my sources, my recipes and I gave them a soul.. A recipe has no soul, you as the cook, or passionate, must bring soul to the recipe.
I turn on my music when the flour seems to be sift by itself. Eggs, water, yeast and salt come running back.
If I’m sad, I’m not supposed to cook, just say how I will place the bread in a warm spot to allow it to rise?
My inspiration?... It comes if I`m in love...nah! (Not now)
Today It comes from an almost a year of days of memories- with the most beautiful baby girl I`ve ever known!
